Privacy Policy

StallLead ("StallLead", "we", "us", "our") is an exhibition lead-management platform operated by Neyaro Technologies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with — including when you interact with a stall's WhatsApp number after scanning a StallLead QR code.

1. Information we collect

From visitors, via WhatsApp: when you scan a stall's QR code and message the stall's WhatsApp number, we collect your WhatsApp display name, phone number, and the answers you send in reply to the stall's configured questions (e.g. company name, interest area) and any contextual follow-up you respond to.

From stall owners, exhibitors, and organizers: account details (name, email, phone, business name) and the exhibitions, questions, documents, and staff you configure on the platform.

Automatically, from QR scans: device type, browser, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address (used only to detect repeat scans of the same code — we never store your raw IP address).

2. How we use this information

• To identify which stall/exhibition your message relates to and hold a conversation with you on the stall's behalf.
• To send you the catalogue, brochures, and other materials the stall has configured.
• To record you as a visitor lead in the stall owner's/organizer's dashboard, so they can follow up with you.
• To generate analytics for stall owners and organizers (scan counts, response rates, conversion trends) — always in aggregate for reporting, never sold to third parties.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform itself.

3. How we share information

Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform: messages you send and receive through a stall's WhatsApp number are transmitted via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) in order to deliver them. Meta's own policies govern its handling of this data as the messaging channel — see WhatsApp's Business Data Processing Terms.

The stall owner / organizer you messaged: your name, phone number, and answers are visible to the specific stall owner (and their authorized staff) whose QR code you scanned, and to the exhibition organizer managing that stall, so they can respond to your enquiry.

Infrastructure providers: we use Supabase to host our database and backend functions. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

Visitor and conversation data is retained for as long as the related exhibition record is kept by the stall owner or organizer, so they can reference past leads. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to stall data is restricted by row-level security so one stall owner can never see another's visitors, and IP addresses used for scan analytics are one-way hashed rather than stored in raw form.

6. Your choices

• You can stop a WhatsApp conversation with a stall at any time by simply not replying — nothing further is sent to you.
• You can block the stall's WhatsApp number directly within WhatsApp.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.

7. Children's privacy

StallLead is a business-to-business exhibition tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
